1.Working Principle:
The Led street line assembly line ,moving circularly from one side to the other side with the flow of assembly steps .Each worker finish the part of assembly when the table move through him/her.

This Assembly Line is suitable for Led street lights ,led flood lights ,High Bay Lights And LED TV assembly with great flexibility and high efficiency .

Totally one complete set of Mitsubishi control system, including :
1. MITSUBISHI PLC control-- 1 PCS

Carrying and Support system
1.There are 20 pcs of Pallets in one set of 12m Led street lights assembly line .
2.The Pallet conveying by chain and driving by Motor.the each pallet can carry goods weight up to 50kgs .
3.The sizes of the each pallet:(600mm)L*(600mm)W*(20mm)H
4.The Plate equipped with anti-static PVC coating ,thinkness 25mm ,with 2 plug bases .
5.The Plate are two floors ,the circular pallet can rotate 360 degree .
